By completing a purchase through Soothie frost, customers agree to the following terms. All orders are processed in U.S. dollars and subject to the policies outlined below. Accepted payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Charges will appear on statements as Soothie Corporation.
Products are sold for personal use only and are not intended for resale. Soothie frost reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. By placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the current Refund and Shipping Policies listed below.
Refund Policy
For health and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once they leave our facility. This is a standard food safety requirement, as items cannot be restocked or resold once opened or shipped.
Shipping Information
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days of purchase and ship within the United States only. Free shipping is included for orders of two or more units shipped to the same location.
USPS or UPS delivery times generally range from 4 - 7 business days, depending on destination distance, carrier schedules, weather conditions and seasonal volume.
